& Sons, Inc. nonfiction work by Edwin Black, Banking on Baghdad as the 2004 best book in world affairs. Our World
Affairs Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing global
education and programs to inform citizens about world affairs. Banking on Baghdad represents the
